I just talked to Isaiah on the phone and what a brickload off poooh!!
Please see my blog for “Why cingular sucks! Why I’ll be campaigning against you bastards for months, years, the rest of my life!

I want so bad to get along. I want you to understand me as a person, to listen, and make good choices. But you SUCK! I can’t help but hate you. I can’t allow the people I pay to treat me like this. I’m sorry that you are making enemies. I regret that I will spend much energy trying to hurt your business so that I will be listened to! Please forgive yourselves for nickling and diming me into this. At this point, I will be cancelling my service at the end of it’s natural life. Any more stupid responses from your “customer service” and I will cancel right now and you’ll never see the 150 penalty, I promise.
Have a nice day!

AND another thing!!!…
Your stupid website logs me off after 10 minutes, so while I’m talking to your unhelpful, telling-me-useless-information, wasting-my-time convincing-himself-he-is-smart-for-knowing-every-detail-about-billing, I am logged off and not able to look at the convoluted data!

I asked if another customer service rep would be able to reduce my bill. Isaiah said it would be up to their discretion, but that he was indicating not to. HA! I pledge to you, cingular, that my campaign will cost you more than the 20 dollars you overcharged me….

Peace,
Kurt

New blog, yay!

Phil Pusateri is the most intellectually interesting person of the week. At De La Salle, we are choosing to host a controversial United Way sponsored “Abstinence Only” program.
Biased statistic fly back and forth:
